1. How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email from us.

All De Silversmith pieces are handcrafted using sterling silver and brass.

As each piece is made with care, returns and cancellations are not accepted unless the product is

delivered damaged.

An unboxing video is required as proof for any damage-related claim.
