01. Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship worldwide from India, using trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.
- Domestic Shipping (within India): Orders are shipped via DTDC and Blue Dart.
- International Shipping: We use DHL, FedEx, and Aramex for global orders.
Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Estimated Timelines:
- Domestic: 3–5 business days
- International: 10–15 business days
If you prefer a different shipping method or need your order urgently, please write to us at desilversmith@gmail.com when placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
02. Order Status & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Many of our pieces are Made to Order, which involves sourcing raw materials, crafting your jewelry by hand, and completing a thorough quality check before dispatch. This process typically takes 3–4 weeks.
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll email you the tracking number so you can monitor the shipment via our logistics partners.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the shipping address provided. In case of non-availability, a re-delivery charge may apply. Be sure to enter a valid contact number at checkout for coordination with the courier service.

03. Taxes, Duties & Tariffs
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and tariffs may be applicable as per your country’s laws. These charges are not included in our product prices.
Where possible, we will aim to show estimated duties and taxes at checkout, but you may be required to pay these separately to clear customs. Please check your cart for any such charges, or refer to your local customs office for exact details.
04. Mode of Payments
We accept:
- Major Indian and international credit/debit cards
- UPI and NetBanking (for Indian customers)
- PayPal (coming soon)
If you face issues with your payment, especially for international transactions (which sometimes fail due to gateway limitations), please email us at desilversmith@gmail.com.
We can share our bank details, and you can transfer the payment securely using a service like razorpay.
