Due to the artisanal nature of our process, slight variations may occur from piece to piece. This includes minor differences in finishes, textures, or stone shades—natural elements that add character to handcrafted products. These variations may appear more prominent depending on your screen resolution or lighting.

Please ensure you read the product description, review the size guide, and check the listing status (i.e., Ready to Ship or Made to Order) carefully before placing your order:

  • For Ready to Ship items: We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • For Made to Order items: We do not accept exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you would like to request an exchange, please email us at desilversmith@gmail.com. For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photos so that our quality team can assess and resolve the issue.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here's how cancellations work:

  • For Ready-to-Ship Items: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, the item may already be in processing or shipped, and cancellation might not be possible.
  • For Made-to-Order Items: These pieces are handcrafted specifically for you. Due to their personalized nature, cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of placing the order. After that, work on your piece begins and we are unable to accommodate cancellations.

To cancel your order, email us at desilversmith@gmail.com with your order number and details. We’ll do our best to assist you promptly.

Refund Processing: If your cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Repairs

We offer repair services for all De Silversmith jewelry, including replating and minor fixes.

Please email desilversmith@gmail.com with details and photos of your item. We will provide a repair estimate. Customers are responsible for the cost of repairs and two-way shipping.

Important Notes

This policy does not cover:

  • General wear and tear over time
  • Accidental or improper handling or storage
  • Damage caused after purchase due to misuse
